Shipping from Shenzhen

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout for eligible orders. Please contact us before ordering if your destination or a suitable shipping option is not available.

Estimated order preparation

For planning, please allow an estimated 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch for available, standard parcel orders. This is a provisional planning estimate, not a measured historical average or a guaranteed dispatch deadline. Preparation depends on availability, order size and shipment documentation. Equipment, customized products and bulk orders require an order-specific estimate.

Estimated international express transit

Where international express shipping is available, the following planning ranges apply after dispatch. These are business days and do not include the estimated 3–5 business days for preparation:

  • Japan, South Korea and major Southeast Asian cities: 3–7 business days.
  • United States and Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • Major European markets, including the United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 6–12 business days.
  • United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Turkey: 7–14 business days.
  • Major Latin American markets: 10–18 business days.
  • Major African markets: 10–20 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates or published carrier commitments for every destination. Actual timing depends on the destination, shipping service, customs clearance, local holidays and carrier conditions. Remote locations may take longer. Product and route eligibility must be confirmed for the order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or delivery.

Other shipping methods and larger orders

Air-freight, sea-freight and equipment delivery schedules are confirmed separately with the shipment quotation. The parcel estimates above do not apply to these shipments.

Shipping charges and import requirements

Our weight-based shipping charge is USD 90 per kilogram of chargeable shipment weight, rounded up to whole kilograms with a 1 kg minimum (for example, 1.2 kg costs USD 180). This formula also applies above 12 kg. Automated checkout rates cover shipments up to 100 kg; contact us for a manual quote using the same formula for heavier shipments. Review the amount and currency displayed at checkout if another currency is used.
